Primrose House Retreat is a cozy, single-level home designed for families and friends to reconnect. Three bedrooms plus an additional sleeping space accommodate up to eight guests. The backyard includes a private hot tub under a covered gazebo, fire pit, grill, outdoor seating, children’s swing and calisthenics area. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, arcade and console games, a workspace and fast Wi-Fi. Guests are also close to Lake Carobeth, beach access, trails and seasonal community amenities.

Primrose House Retreat is located in a private gated community. Each vehicle must be registered, and drivers must present valid identification and vehicle registration at the community welcome center. Weekend and holiday arrivals can involve a wait, so please allow extra time. Parties, events, indoor smoking and disruptive noise are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 p.m. Community amenities may be seasonal and subject to availability.

Johana is available by message or phone and typically responds within one hour. Guests enjoy private access to the home, with support available whenever needed.
